• Completely fill out posting form to successfully post a space- This is a vital part of the Pik N Pop process. Accurately fill out the title of your space and categories your space exemplifies. List the proper locations and most importantly fill out a description of your property that will attract those looking to book your available space.
• Keep your pricing competitive- In order to keep your space booked at a high rate it is important that the listed prices of your space are competitive to other spaces in a comparable area. We also encourage to post pricing for day/week/month.

• Post high quality photos- the saying a picture is worth 1000 words is especially true when posting your available space. We at Pik N Pop think the photos you post will be the most important marketing tool in booking your space.
• Good Communication- communication with those who are looking to book your space is essential to success. The faster response to inquiries gives your space a competitive advantage to those who do not respond quickly. Good communication goes a long way when building relationships in the Pik N Pop community.
